YSS is a boutique experience inclusively celebrating the best of our local, yoga, music, wine, culture & community. Session 1. 11-2:30 featuring

Shadow Ranch Vinyards Mystic Threads & XOCHITL

Session 2. 3-6:30 featuring Shadow Ranch Vinyards Mystic Threads & Orenda Blu

Children are free, offering yoga and art activities. Bring a blanket & picnic, yoga session, bottle of wine and music is all included.

How Yoga-Sip & Song Flows: -Register, sign up and find a place for your mat.

-Start your 90min yoga class with the acoustic sounds of Mystic Threads.

-Enjoy a simple wine flight from your local wine maker, Shadow Ranch Vineyards.

-Enjoy the sounds of a local Orenda Blu for 11am session, 2pm TBA as you converseand taste.

-Select your favorite bottle.(a bottle of wine comes with every ticket)

-Find your spot to picnic and relax as you open your bottle and enjoy the your company and the sights and sounds.

You can attend and not partake in the wine tasting. Bring your own food. Be responsible Bring your own yoga mat and blanket

Jonny Mojo Flores and Joaquin Mystic Fioresi, are long time brothers and friends in music and life. First forming their band The Bridge in 2003, cutting their teeth to live audiences for 6 years with their improvisational and poetical style. Now Jonny is the lead guitarist for the World Music Rockers, Achilles Wheel out of Nevada City and Joaquin is blazing his trail all his own. This will be a fun reunion that I look forward to.

Join Karen Miscall-Bannon (Karen Miscall-Bannon Yoga) & James Kapicka (YogaJames.com) for a sweet and steady vinyasa to raise funds for Prison Yoga Project, a non-profit organization operating under the The Give Back Yoga Foundation. Give Back Yoga also works with Mindful Yoga Therapy for Veterans, Yoga4Cancer, Eat Breathe Thrive (yoga for negative body image and disordered eating), and Yoga of 12-Step Recovery.

All tax-deductible donations support The Prison Yoga Project’s mission of bringing the therapeutic benefits of yoga to prisoners while providing mindfulness tools to draw on when they’re not doing yoga.

Restorative yoga involves gentle stretching and relaxing poses, which are held with the support of bolsters and blankets for an extended period of time. Here we allow the nervous system to be nourished, easing the effects of chronic holding patterns and stress, so that the body and mind can to return to a state of calm.

This class led by Brooke Butler, includes therapeutic yoga postures, guided meditation and breath work, and is infused with the sweet, sacred sounds of Joaquin Fioresi on guitar & Jenni Charles of the Dead Winter Carpenters. Open to all, beginners to advanced practitioners. Give yourself time for self care, grounding and release. Join us!

Joaquin Fioresi/Love Light

Inspired Adventure an all ages annual event that celebrates art, nature and music while helping to raise funds for at-risk-youth scholarships, project supplies and public art. The Inspired Adventure Spring Festival held on May 20, 2017 will feature many free activities such as live music, silent auction, maypole, drum circle, games, artisan market, public art, urban art wall, and fire dancing.
